Our portfolio spans coastal bungalows in San Clemente that needed dated 60-amp fuse boxes replaced with 200-amp service, to hillside homes in San Juan Capistrano where we ran dedicated 240V circuits for Tesla and universal EV chargers.
You'll see whole-home rewires on mid-century houses where we pulled brittle knob-and-tube and cloth-insulated wiring and brought everything up to current code, complete with grounded outlets and AFCI/GFCI protection.
We document each project with before-and-after photos so you can see the difference between a hazardous, overloaded panel and a clean, labeled, permit-inspected upgrade. Many of these installs involved coordinating with SDG&E for meter releases and passing city inspection on the first pass.

60A Fuse Box → 200A Service
A 1950s coastal bungalow running a hazardous 60-amp fuse box. We coordinated the SDG&E meter release, installed a fully labeled 200-amp panel with whole-home surge protection, and passed city inspection on the first pass.
Hillside Tesla Charger
A dedicated 240V circuit run across a hillside home for a new Tesla Wall Connector. We verified panel capacity first, added a clean 60A breaker, and had the vehicle charging overnight.
Phased Mid-Century Rewire
Brittle cloth-insulated wiring throughout a 1960s home. We rewired in stages so the household was never without power, adding grounded outlets and AFCI/GFCI protection room by room.
Flicker Diagnostic & Fix
Months of flickering two other electricians couldn't solve. Steve traced it to a failing neutral in under an hour, corrected the termination, and stabilized the whole home.
